TP347H flanged sleeve is a high-performance stainless steel pipe connector. The flange and sleeve are forged as one piece. It is designed for pipe systems that work under high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive fluids. The material is TP347H (1Cr19Ni11Nb, new grade 07Cr18Ni11Nb), a high-carbon niobium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel. It has the reliable sealing of a flange joint and the easy installation of a sleeve structure. It is widely used in power station boilers, petrochemical plants, nuclear power plants, and other places, for high-temperature steam pipes, superheater systems, and heat exchanger tubes.
Jiangyin Eternal Heavy Industry Co., Ltd makes the TP347H flanged sleeve by forging, so the flange and sleeve are one part. No welding is needed on site to join them. This reduces the number of welds and lowers the risk of weld failure under high temperature and high pressure. The TP347H flanged sleeve can be used with elbows, tees, pipe supports, and hangers to form a complete pipe system.

TP347H contains the stabilizing element niobium (Nb), which effectively enhances the material's resistance to intergranular corrosion and its ability to withstand multi-sulfuric acid intergranular stress corrosion. This steel type has higher high-temperature strength and better resistance to high-temperature oxidation compared to the 316 series, and is commonly used as a heat-resistant steel.

Tensile strength σb | ≥515 MPa (75 ksi) |
Yield strength Rp0.2 | ≥205 MPa (30 ksi) |
Elongation percentage δ | ≥30% |

Hardness | ≤192 HB / 90 HRB |
TP347H maintains excellent mechanical properties even at high temperatures: 392-429 MPa at 500℃, 363-382 MPa at 600℃, and 245-304 MPa at 700℃.
Excellent high-temperature resistance – Pressure parts can work up to 650°C. Oxidation-resistant parts can work up to 750–850°C. It stays stable under extreme conditions like supercritical and ultra‑supercritical boilers.
Strong resistance to intergranular corrosion – It contains niobium, which stops chromium from losing at grain boundaries. It resists acids, alkalis, and salts well. It passes intergranular corrosion tests by T method, L method, and X method.
Good high-temperature strength and creep resistance – It can work at up to 871°C. Its high‑temperature stress‑rupture strength is good – at 750°C and 120 MPa, the rupture life is 230 hours.
Good resistance to high‑temperature oxidation – It has stable oxidation resistance in air at 750–800°C.
Good weldability – Niobium does not burn off easily like titanium. It can be used as filler metal for welding chromium‑nickel austenitic stainless steel. It connects well with stub ends and valves.
One‑piece forging – The flange and sleeve are forged together. This removes weak welding points. Sealing is reliable and installation is easy.
