Pre hardened state (35-40HRC) easy to cut, no heat treatment after processing, small deformation
Excellent mirror polishing, Ra≤0.1μm, Suitable for high smoothness plastic parts
Good toughness, better corrosion resistance than ordinary carbon steel, and can be strengthened by nitriding
Replace imported steel with high cost-effectiveness

Heating temperature: 1150 ℃ (uniform burning, anti overheating)
Initial forging temperature: 1050-1100 ℃
Final forging temperature: ≥ 850 ℃ (to avoid cold forging cracking)
Cooling after forging: Slow cooling (heap cooling/sand cooling, anti white spots and cracking)
Applicable: Large/complex cavity molds, thick plate forgings
Isothermal spheroidization annealing (softening)
Heating: 800-810 ℃, insulation for 2-4 hours
Isothermal: 680 ℃, insulation for 4-6 hours
Cool the furnace to 550 ℃ and remove it from the furnace, with a hardness of ≤ 200HBW, making it easy to cut
Quenching+tempering (pre hardening)
Quenching: 820-840 ℃ oil quenching, hardness 58-60HRC
Tempering: 620-650 ℃, holding for 3 hours, hardness 35-40HRC (delivered in pre hardened state)
Household appliance shell mold (washing machine, air conditioner, tape recorder)
Electronic/instrument precision injection molds, relay component molds
Toys, daily necessities, transparent parts molds (need polishing)
