Uniform hardness: The hardness difference across the entire section is ≤ 2HRC, suitable for CNC and precision machining.
Mirror polishing: Ra ≤ 0.05-0.1 μ m, 2000-6000 mesh, preferred for transparent/high gloss parts.
Excellent leather texture/etching: The texture is uniform and clear, suitable for car interiors and home appliance leather texture surfaces.
Balance of strength and toughness: tensile strength ≈ 1100MPa, yield strength ≈ 980MPa, impact toughness ≥ 20J/cm ², fatigue resistance and wear resistance.
Large section stability: Thick plates (200-500mm) have sufficient hardness at the center and no looseness in the structure.
Surface strengthening: HV 650-700 after nitriding, corrosion resistance and lifespan improvement.

Electric furnace/converter smelting → LF refining → RH/VD vacuum degassing → argon gas protection ingot → multi-directional forging (large forging ratio ≥ 3-5) → normalizing+hydrogen expansion annealing → ultrasonic testing → pre hardening and tempering (quenching+tempering) → finished product.
Large forging ratio: dense core tissue, dispersed impurities, and good isotropy.
Pre hardened delivery: HRC 32-36 (commonly used)/36-40 (HH), no need for secondary quenching, no deformation, short cycle.
Thickness: 100-750mm
Width: 160-1300
Automobile: bumper, dashboard, door panel, headlight housing (medium to large size, high gloss/leather texture).
Home appliances: TV/washing machine/air conditioner casing, copier panel (mirror/etched).
Electronics: connectors, thin-walled parts, transparent parts (PC/PMMA) molds.
Daily necessities: high gloss shells, complex structural components, and large molds that require welding repair.
