Improved high-purity formula+ESR electric slag remelting, with extremely low impurities, dense and uniform forging structure, and small carbide segregation.
High temperature toughness, heat fatigue resistance, and crack resistance are significantly better than conventional H13, and it is resistant to alternating cold and hot impacts.
Good isotropy, low internal stress, minimal heat treatment deformation, wear and corrosion resistance, and longer mold life.

High purity smelting, low sulfur and low phosphorus, minimal impurities, dense and refined microstructure after forging, excellent toughness in all directions.
Optimize the alloy ratio to enhance resistance to thermal cracking, thermal melting, and high temperature toughness, far exceeding that of ordinary H13.
Compared to upsetting and drawing forging, large forging eliminates band segregation, reduces internal stress, and is less prone to deformation during subsequent processing and heat treatment.
Preheat in sections, starting forging at 1080-1130 ℃ and final forging at ≥ 860 ℃; Slow cooling and spheroidization annealing after forging result in strong material stability.
