Forging: Select S17400 electric slag remelting/vacuum arc remelting steel ingots, hot forging in the range of 1120-1180 ℃, three-way upsetting+elongation, forging ratio ≥ 3, thoroughly break the casting structure; Timely stress relief annealing after forging
Heat treatment: Solid solution 1040 ± 15 ℃, water-cooled/oil cooled; Select H900 or H1150 aging according to operating conditions
Non destructive testing: 100% ultrasonic testing (UT, according to ASTM A388); Surface MT/PT testing; The roughness of the flange sealing surface Ra is ≤ 1.6 μ m; Dimensional tolerances shall be in accordance with ASME B16.5 Class 150-2500
Surface treatment: Acid pickling passivation (ASTM A967), removal of oxide scale, strengthening of passivation film
High pressure shell and tube heat exchanger: tube box flange, tube plate flange integrated piece, medium is steam, synthetic ammonia, organic acid;
Pressure vessel connecting flange: inlet and outlet of reaction kettle and storage tank, pressure 10-35 MPa;
Desalination of seawater/papermaking: below 300 ℃, medium chloride ion concentration environment;
Nuclear grade auxiliary systems: control rod drive mechanism, waste heat exchanger.
