F316L stainless steel forgings are the ideal material for manufacturing highly reliable industrial valves. Designed specifically for pressure-bearing valve components, these products encompass a wide range of structural configurations, including valve bodies, valve covers, valve discs, and flanges.
Thanks to the superior properties of 316L ultra-low-carbon austenitic stainless steel, the finished forgings deliver outstanding performance in terms of corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, and machinability, and are widely used in demanding operating conditions across industries such as chemicals, petroleum, natural gas, power generation, and offshore engineering.
Our F316L valve forgings strictly comply with the Chinese national standard GB/T 35741-2017, “Technical Requirements for Stainless Steel Forgings for Industrial Valves.” Their material grades and chemical compositions conform to leading international standards and can meet the diverse specification requirements of customers worldwide:

All processes, including forging, heat treatment, machining, and inspection, are carried out in-house at our facility.
Forging Ratio Control: When using steel billets for forging, the forging ratio of the main cross-section shall be no less than 3; when using rolled stock, it shall be no less than 2, to ensure a uniform and dense microstructure.
Heat Treatment Specifications: Strictly follow the solution treatment process recommended by the standard, and perform rapid cooling at 1010°C to 1150°C to achieve optimal corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
We offer complete stainless steel machining services – from rough turning to precision finishing – with in-house inspection to guarantee dimensional accuracy on every batch.
Metallography and Non-Destructive Testing: Grain size: not less than Grade 7; Non-metallic inclusions: sulfides and alumina-type inclusions ≤ Grade 1.0, silicate-type inclusions ≤ Grade 1.5, spheroidal oxide-type inclusions ≤ Grade 2; Ultrasonic testing (UT)
