Eternal
34CrNi3Mo aluminum continuous casting and rolling mill roll sleeves manufactured by Jiangyin Eternal Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.—high-strength alloy steel roll sleeves specifically designed for continuous casting and rolling of aluminum strip. Its nickel content of 2.75%–3.25%, in synergy with chromium and molybdenum, endows the product with exceptional hardenability and resistance to thermal fatigue, effectively suppressing cracks on the roll surface.
As a core component of heavy-duty aluminum continuous casting and rolling mills, the 34CrNi3Mo roll sleeves combine ultra-high strength with good toughness, enabling them to withstand severe thermal cycling loads and significantly improving wear resistance and service life. Choosing 34CrNi3Mo roll sleeves means choosing higher rolling efficiency and more stable aluminum sheet and strip quality—making them a reliable choice for large-scale continuous casting and rolling equipment.

Every step—from electroslag refining and forging to precise heat treatment—is executed under stringent control, ensuring absolute integrity and performance of the roll sleeve.
The use of electric furnace smelting combined with ladle refining or electroslag remelting (ESR) effectively reduces the levels of non-metallic inclusions and harmful gases in the steel, providing high-purity steel ingots for subsequent forging.
Forging ratio control: When using ordinary steel ingots, the forging ratio should be ≥3.0; when using electroslag remelted steel ingots, it should be ≥2.0. A uniform grain structure is achieved through forging.
Post-forging heat treatment ensures that the forgings are free from white spots and possess excellent ultrasonic penetrability and machinability. Quenching and tempering achieves the perfect balance between high surface hardness and high core toughness.
